My existing alarm had served it's time and I contacted Concept Security to get a quote on updating it. I was given friendly and informative advice during my initial call after which I decided to replace my existing system with a new one. Throughout the installation, which only took a couple of hours, the team were courteous, professional and tidy. On completion I was given a comprehensive briefing on how to operate the system and a number to call if I had any problems. I highly recommend Concept Security

Alarm originally installed by Charles and Ross. On each occasion since when the alarm requires the annual service both are always polite and informative. We have had several occasions to speak regarding batteries needing to be changed and on each occasion Charles has been very helpful. Would still recommend Concept Security for any security work required.

I am absolutely delighted and would 100% recommend this company. From speaking with them on the phone, to quoting the job and installation of my alarm, was all done within 3 days. Very punctual and had already started the job before I arrived in the morning, as well as all cleaning up done when work was completed. A very good price for a substantially high standard of work and very professional from start to finish. Everything was explained of how the alarm works and even extra things put in, so I know when my outbuilding has been entered. 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

These guys supplied and installed our house alarm system three years ago and have maintained it and re-configured it for us as our needs changed. They have now supplied and installed a new, separate system for our outbuildings. I am really pleased I chose this company and would 100% recommend them to anyone. From my initial enquiry, receiving their quotation to performing the installation it was very efficient. Ross and team were punctual, reliable, did not over sell me anything and did a thorough and tidy job. Excellent price for a high standard of work and very professional from start to finish. Really impressed with the whole service. The team Provided an extremely efficient and professional service. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others. They arrived promptly and went through some options for camera sightings and once agreed got straight onto the work. They had to complete drilling from bedrooms to outside walls, cleaned and replaced all furniture. Once all installed, loaded up 3 remote devices for viewing. I would recommend Concept Security for CCTV installations.

Really impressed by the work carried out by the guys at Concept Security. They were punctual, clean, kind and explained how the alarm system worked really well. Out of all the companies I spoke to they were by far the best at communicating. Ross was quick to respond to emails and both the quote and invoice system was clear and concise. The arrived on time, did not stop explained everything as they went along doing the installation. Cleared up as they went along. Very polite, answered any questions we asked. Nothing was too much trouble. Very rare today. We arrived back from holiday, and wanted to advise them how well it had all worked whilst we were away, phoned them and they got back to us within 5 mins of our phone call.

Had my alarm fitted about a year ago and still really pleased with it. The job was done without fuss and pressure which was great and a clean and tidy job without mess to clear up afterwards. It works perfectly and has a few special features like a door chime when someone comes and goes through the front door. Will be in touch with the company for an annual service and have recommended to friends.

Extremely happy with the finished job. The staff were very friendly and helpful and got back to me straight away on quotes and dates for getting the work done.
